BEKASI CITY – A new culinary destination has arrived in the Jatiasih area, precisely at Jalan Padurenan Raya No.29 RT.15 RW.004 Jatiluhur, Jatiasih. Sabana Plus has officially launched its grand opening with a unique concept: combining the traditional Joglo atmosphere with Sabana’s signature fried chicken and other traditional dishes.
The presence of Sabana Plus is part of an effort to optimize land that was previously managed as RM. Joglo Kembar since 2020.
“Initially, this land was used for Rumah Makan Joglo Kembar. However, due to management challenges, we decided to shift the concept by partnering with Sabana, a brand that is already strong in the culinary world, especially fried chicken,” explained the owner.
There are three main goals behind the presence of Sabana Plus. First, to empower the local community by creating new job opportunities. Second, to make this place a venue for social gatherings while continuing the function previously served by Joglo Kembar. And third, to create an affordable family hangout alternative, especially given the current economic conditions.
“We want Sabana Plus to be not just a place to eat, but also a space for socializing, a family gathering spot, and a support for the local economy. That’s why we offer a concept that is budget-friendly yet comfortable,” they added.
Another uniqueness of Sabana Plus Jatiasih lies in the “Plus” concept it presents. While Sabana outlets are usually built with a modern style, this time the traditional Joglo ambiance is maintained. This creates a different atmosphere and adds menu variety with traditional Indonesian dishes alongside the widely known Sabana fried chicken.
“Why is there the word ‘Plus’? Because we really want to offer something different. Not just fried chicken, but also traditional foods that set us apart, all combined with the warm and classic Joglo vibe,” said the owner.
For operations, Sabana Plus Jatiasih is open every day from morning until 9:00 PM.
With this unique concept, Sabana Plus Jatiasih is expected to not only become a new culinary destination but also a shared space that strengthens community bonds.
