On the保障 side, the “Policy Measures” propose 6 measures to strengthen the low-altitude保障 system. For example, actively exploring artificial intelligence empowerment in the low-altitude field by supporting the rental of intelligent computing resources for low-altitude AI model training and other computing applications, providing up to 1 million yuan per unit annually at 20% of the actual computing service cost; supporting low-altitude infrastructure construction by offering up to 10 million yuan at 20% of the project investment for aerospace information ground station network projects serving low-altitude flight; increasing financial support by providing up to 10 million yuan cumulative support per fund manager at 1% of the total investment (excluding government and state-owned enterprise contributions) for private investment fund managers supporting technology innovation enterprises through equity investment.
