Public enthusiasm for becoming non-civil servant employees at the Tangerang City Health Office is truly overwhelming. A total of 9,459 people registered for the selection process for employees of the Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD) UPT of the Tangerang City Health Office for the 2025 fiscal year.
This high number of applicants is closely linked to the attractive, fantastic salaries offered by the Tangerang City Government, reaching up to IDR 35 million per month for certain positions, especially for specialist doctors.
It is no wonder that thousands of applicants from various regions flocked to try their luck in a recruitment process that only offered 373 positions, consisting of 205 health workers and 168 technical staff.
If calculated, the competition among applicants could reach hundreds of people for a single seat. For example, for the specialist doctor position with a salary above IDR 30 million, only 1 vacancy is available per position. This means only a handful of people with the best qualifications have a chance of passing.
This situation has led to the 2025 Tangerang Health Office non-civil servant selection being touted as one of the most prestigious and sought-after health worker recruitment drives this year.

• Anesthesiologist
Salary range IDR 30 million–IDR 35.79 million, 1 vacancy available.
• Internal Medicine Specialist
Salary range IDR 25 million–IDR 32.49 million, 1 vacancy available.
• Pediatrician
Salary range IDR 25 million–IDR 32.49 million, 1 vacancy available.
• Oral Surgeon
Salary range IDR 30 million–IDR 33.13 million, 1 vacancy available.
• Pulmonologist
Salary range IDR 25 million–IDR 29 million, 1 vacancy available.
Meanwhile, for general practitioners, 16 vacancies are available with a salary range of IDR 3.3 million–IDR 9.4 million. There are also other positions such as nurses, pharmacy staff, and support staff with varying salary ranges.
It was emphasized that the entire selection process will be carried out transparently, objectively, and accountably.
