Food Seed, which operates bakeries and develops confectionery products, will open its fresh doughnut specialty store “POTERI BAKERY -TOKYO- Yokohama Store” in Yokohama on October 10.

The brand’s features include patissiere-supervised production methods and elegant, cake-like finishes. Specially made cream containing Hokkaido milk is filled into chewy dough. The store name is derived from the Japanese word “pottori,” and its rounded, endearing shape is reflected in the name “POTERI.” The Yokohama store, located a 1-minute walk from the west and north exits of Yokohama Station, will be the franchise’s first location.

Sales are limited to 300 pieces per day. Fresh doughnuts are available from around noon until sold out. The shelf life is one day, focusing on enjoying them on the same day. Only drinks are served until noon.

The menu includes six varieties. The signature “POTERI” features special custard with a caramelized surface, offering a dual texture of crispiness and creaminess. PISTACHIO has a fragrant, rich cream; CHOCO MINT contrasts sweetness with freshness; STRAWBERRY offers a gentle sweetness with strawberry custard; RASPBERRY combines sweet and sour flavors with a chewy dough and glaze texture; and WHITE CHOCO pairs cocoa dough with white chocolate custard and orange.

Prices are: POTERI – ¥390, PISTACHIO – ¥590, CHOCO MINT, STRAWBERRY, RASPBERRY, and WHITE CHOCO – ¥490 each.

The store design, based on the concept of “sophisticated cuteness,” balances cleanliness and approachability with tiles, mirrors, and lighting. A custom-made showcase is placed at the center, highlighting the products as the main focus.

Business hours are from 10:00 to 22:00.
