The Tangerang City Government, through the BLUD UPT Health Service Agency, has reopened recruitment for Non-Civil Servant Employees for the 2025 Fiscal Year. A total of 205 healthcare worker positions are available, ranging from specialist doctors to technical medical support staff.
Not only is the number of positions large, but the salary range offered is also quite impressive. Some positions offer salaries equivalent to top-tier professionals, with some even reaching IDR 35 million per month.
This is very attractive. However, it depends on the position, educational qualifications, and the skill level of each candidate. Each position has different educational requirements.
For example, general practitioners must hold a medical professional degree, nurses must be graduates of a D-III program or hold a Ners professional degree, pharmacists must hold a pharmacist professional degree, while laboratory analysts must at least be graduates of a D-III Health Analyst program or equivalent.
In addition to educational qualifications, almost all positions emphasize healthcare service skills, problem-solving analysis, and proficiency in basic technology such as computers and the internet. This is important because modern medical services rely not only on clinical skills but also on digital administrative support.
