CILEGON – The head of the Cilegon Regional House of Representatives urged the Cilegon City Government to maximize training for champions who will be sent to the upcoming Banten MTQ event. He called on the Cilegon City Government under the leadership of Robinsar and Fajar Hadi Prabowo to target a top three finish at the Banten MTQ.
“We hope that from the MTQ held in Cilegon City, talents will emerge that can truly bring the name of Cilegon to the provincial and national level,” they said to the media on October 5, 2025.
With the slogan JUARE (Honest, Trustworthy, and Religious) that is always promoted by Robinsar-Fajar, it is hoped that this will align with the achievements of Cilegon City.
“The Juare slogan is hopefully in line with our expectations for the Cilegon City contingent at the Banten provincial level. We hope for a top three finish,” said this member of the Golkar Party.
According to them, efforts to achieve a top three finish at the Banten MTQ event align with the spiritual development of Cilegon City residents.
“So that the development of faith and piety in Cilegon City can truly be guided by this JUARE slogan,” they stated.
Reviving the Spirit of the City of Santri
They expressed optimism that Cilegon, known as the city of santri, should be able to revive the spirit of that city of santri.
“One of the ways is through the path of da’wah via the MTQ, so we are committed, between the Regional House of Representatives and the Cilegon City Government going forward, to improving achievements in the field of MTQ, in line with the JUARE slogan,” they explained.
One step that can be taken is allocating infrastructure and budget to improve facilities for faith and piety that support the achievements of the Cilegon MTQ contingent in the upcoming competition at the Banten level.
“In terms of facilities, we must prepare the best. Perhaps a quarantine could be held at the Cilegon Islamic Center. So that the training is specifically related to the branches being competed, even if necessary, recruitment or training should be done 6 months in advance, so preparations are more mature,” they concluded.

Meanwhile, the President Director of Perumda Tirta Benteng stated that they aim to continue expanding their service coverage in the near future. One effort is that Perumda Tirta Benteng is preparing to accelerate the transfer of Main Distribution Network assets from Perumda Tirta Kerta Raharja of Tangerang Regency at the beginning of next year.
“We are targeting that, entering this new age, we can continue to improve service quality by continuing the asset transfer process to reach 27,000-30,000 customer connections in the Tangerang City area that have not been served so far,” he said.
Furthermore, Perumda Tirta Benteng is also committed to improving service performance quality, especially by pushing for more massive service digitalization. “On the other hand, we will continue to improve adequate infrastructure to ensure that Perumda Tirta Benteng can provide maximum service,” he added.
