The victim arrived at the hospital claiming he was assaulted by others. Upon conducting a visual medical examination of the victim, it was found that there was a 10 cm long incised wound on the left forehead of the face, a 10 cm long incised wound below the right eye, and an incised wound on the upper right leg along with bruises on the body. Necessary first aid was provided and the wounds were stitched.

Security agencies are examining the circulation of an incident involving persons assaulting a student named Hassan using bladed weapons in the city of Benha, part of Qalyubia Governorate.

The details of the incident go back to when social media users on Facebook circulated a post supported by several videos of a woman who claimed in the video that her son was subjected to an assault with bladed weapons, resulting in severe facial injuries and a severed foot tendon.

In one of the videos, the woman said that she was surprised on Tuesday, December 16 last year at 8:15 PM, when a person named Z. A., with the help of others, assaulted her son before he took a taxi to go home. They assaulted him with a bladed weapon, resulting in injuries to his face and foot.

The woman continued that despite her son’s attempts to escape and hide inside one of the clothing stores in the area, the accused continued to assault him until they caused the injuries confirmed by the forensic medicine report.
