In Krasnodar, activists of the “Post No.1” movement are distributing tricolor ribbons ahead of the Day of the Russian National Flag, according to the city press service.
Those wishing to receive a tricolor ribbon can do so on August 20 and 21 in Zhukov Square and on Alexandrovsky Boulevard, near the obelisk dedicated to the 200th anniversary of the Kuban Cossack Host.
On August 22, a ceremonial flag-raising will take place on the Main City Square. The following day, August 23, at 6:00 PM on the Krasnodar Arbat, a tricolor flag measuring 9 by 12 meters will be unfurled. As part of these events, the distribution of ribbons in the colors of the Russian flag is also planned.
