What seemed like a normal trip turned concerning when the male passenger began displaying abnormal behavior—using aggressive language, making threats, and acting erratically.

Upon reaching the destination, the passenger refused to exit and instead forced the driver to take him to Đà Nẵng Bus Station.

Despite feeling threatened, the Grab driver remained calm, carefully driving while looking for a safe opportunity to seek help.

When passing Nguyễn Tri Phương Road, he spotted a traffic police patrol and immediately drove toward them, exiting the vehicle to request assistance.

Officers quickly intervened, restraining the passenger and taking him to Thanh Khê District Police for further investigation.
