Beijing, April 21 – On April 20, the Beijing Municipal Commission of Planning and Natural Resources released the list of residential land parcels planned for supply in the third round of 2026, involving a total of 6 parcels covering an area of approximately 17 hectares with a construction scale of about 260,000 square meters. These land parcels are expected to be supplied soon.
According to the introduction, this round of land supply continues to adhere to the principle of “supply based on demand,” focusing on balanced regional distribution and catering to both rigid and improved housing needs. From a regional distribution perspective, the central urban area includes 3 parcels in Fengtai District and Shijingshan District, while the sub-center and plain areas include 3 parcels in Tongzhou District, Shunyi District, and Daxing District.
The Puhuangyu Yili and Sili renovation project in Fengtai District is located on Dongtiejiangying Street, between the Second and Third Ring Roads, near the Puhuangyu station, an interchange of Metro Line 5 and Line 14.
