Al-Wakrah SC
Al-Wakrah SC is a professional football club based in Al Wakrah, Qatar, founded in 1959. It is one of the country’s oldest and most successful clubs, historically competing at the top level of Qatari football. The club gained international visibility when its home stadium, Al Janoub Stadium, was a prominent venue for the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
