The application for the power capacity increase promotion titled “New Year, New Energy” is conducted entirely through the PLN Mobile application.
PT PLN (Persero) has launched a promotional program for customers at the beginning of 2026 under the theme New Year, New Energy.
This program offers a 50 percent discount for electric power capacity increase services accessible via the PLN Mobile application during the period from January 7 to 20, 2026.
The promotion applies to low-voltage single-phase customers across all tariff groups, with an initial capacity ranging from 450 volt-amperes to 5,500 volt-amperes, who wish to increase their capacity up to 7,700 volt-amperes.
This program can only be utilized by customers registered before January 1, 2026, and who have no outstanding electricity bills or other obligations.
The program was prepared to provide convenience for the public needing additional electrical capacity at a lower cost.
It serves as a form of appreciation to loyal customers by offering ease and direct benefits in meeting electricity needs reliably and efficiently.
Customers are encouraged to take advantage of this promotion to support their daily activities and productivity.
As an illustration, a customer with an initial capacity of 900 volt-amperes applying for an increase to 7,700 volt-amperes would only need to pay Rp3,294,600.
This amount is lower than the normal cost of Rp6,589,200.
The entire process for the program is conducted digitally through the PLN Mobile application. Prepaid customers need to make at least one token purchase, while postpaid customers need to pay their electricity bill.
After a successful transaction, customers will receive a power capacity increase discount e-voucher via the Reward feature in PLN Mobile or through their registered email.
This e-voucher code is then used when submitting the power capacity increase application in the app.
After payment verification, the application will be processed by the local PLN unit according to applicable regulations.
Each PLN Mobile account can obtain a maximum of four e-vouchers during the promotional period.
The connection process for the power increase is designed to be easy and fast as all applications are submitted digitally.
