Karang Tengah Subdistrict Facilitates Electronic ID Card Registration for Stroke Patients
Mobile ID card recording service for stroke patients in Neighborhood 02, Community 10, East Karang Village, Central Karang District.
TANGERANG – The Tangerang City Government remains committed to improving inclusive public services. One example is the mobile service initiative carried out by East Karang Village, Central Karang, providing “pick-up ball” services for residents suffering from stroke.
The mobile service is conducted to facilitate easier access to public services for members of the community with limitations.
During the activity, Central Karang District deployed officers accompanied by local Community Social Workers to visit residents’ homes and assist with the direct recording and processing of electronic ID card (e-KTP) documents.
“We have just assisted in processing e-KTP documents for a stroke patient located in Neighborhood 02, Community 10, East Karang Village. Thankfully, the service process went smoothly, and the resident was visibly happy to receive direct assistance.”
“We will continue to expand this mobile service more widely, targeting other groups within the community with limitations, such as persons with disabilities and even people with mental health conditions.”
In addition, the Tangerang City Government ensures that the mobile service is integrated with the “Sobat Dukcapil” application system managed by the Tangerang City Population and Civil Registration Office, making it easier to process population documents quickly and efficiently.
