Airtel Down: Airtel’s service has once again troubled users. People are facing difficulties using Airtel’s SMS, calling, and data services. This comes just after last week when Airtel’s service went down in Delhi NCR. Users had to struggle with this problem for more than an hour and a half. After that, the company had also apologized to users. Now users are facing this trouble again.
Areas most affected by the problem
It is being reported that Airtel users in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kolkata, and Chennai are particularly experiencing service disruptions. Airtel users have started reporting service issues on Downdetector. The service problems with Airtel started at 12:11 PM. Since then, more than 7,019 users have reported service issues one after another.
Airtel apologizes
According to reports, most Airtel users in Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Kolkata have been affected by the service problems. Users have also expressed their frustration about Airtel service issues on social media platform X. On the other hand, Airtel Care has also confirmed that there are some service issues. The company has apologized while replying to users’ X posts.
Airtel Care explains the reason
Airtel Care says that due to some technical glitches, users are experiencing connectivity problems. The telecom company says their team is making every effort to fix this problem as soon as possible. It will be resolved within 1 hour.
What you can do
If you are also experiencing problems with calling and SMS on your Airtel network, you can turn on airplane mode on your device for a few minutes. Then turn it off after some time. Doing this will refresh your phone’s network and resolve the connectivity problem.
