The blind prophet Baba Vanga was born in 1911 in Bulgaria

A decades-old prophecy by the blind prophet Baba Vanga has been unexpectedly recalled after US President Donald Trump ordered the declassification of secret documents related to UFOs and extraterrestrial life.

Baba Vanga reportedly predicted that humanity would have its first contact with extraterrestrials in November 2026.

According to recounted accounts, she described a “giant spaceship” entering Earth’s atmosphere, bringing undeniable proof of their existence, though she did not specify their purpose.

Not stopping there, she is also said to have predicted that by 2130, humans would build cities on the ocean floor with the assistance of extraterrestrial beings.

Further ahead, in 2288, humanity would continue to communicate with them, even discovering or inventing time travel technology.

However, Baba Vanga did not leave behind any official texts documenting her prophecies. After her death in 1996, much of the content was recorded and passed down by her niece, Krasimira Stoyanova, along with those who followed her during her lifetime.

Previously, the US Government and the Pentagon have repeatedly stated there is no verified evidence of Unidentified Flying Objects (UFOs) or the existence of extraterrestrial life.

However, recently, on February 14th, public interest surged after former President Barack Obama stated in an interview that “aliens are real.” President Trump subsequently criticized this statement, accusing Obama of revealing “classified information.”

President Trump has directed Secretary of War Pete Hegseth to declassify documents related to extraterrestrial life, Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP), and Unidentified Flying Objects (UFOs).

Many sources also indicate that Trump is preparing a speech this year to disclose what the US Government knows about extraterrestrial beings.

Many believers claim that Baba Vanga accurately predicted major events such as the 2004 tsunami disaster, the 9/11 attacks in New York, the rise of the Islamic State (IS), or the sinking of the Russian submarine Kursk in 2000.

She is also said to have correctly predicted the date of her own death—August 11, 1996—from cancer, at the age of 85.

Nevertheless, not a few of her prophecies have failed to materialize. For instance, she once forecast that a UFO would appear during a televised sporting event in 2025. Many assert this did not happen, though some conspiracy theories claim evidence was covered up.

This move is seen as a step to increase transparency regarding a topic that has been controversial for decades, amidst the US Government’s repeated assertions of no evidence for extraterrestrial life.

UFOs

“UFOs” (Unidentified Flying Objects) are not a single place or cultural site, but a global cultural and historical phenomenon centered on observations of unexplained aerial phenomena. The modern concept gained prominence after the 1947 Roswell incident in the United States, sparking decades of public interest, military investigations, and a significant subculture of belief and speculation. This phenomenon has deeply influenced science fiction, conspiracy theories, and even prompted recent official governmental inquiries into potential national security implications.

Pentagon

The Pentagon is the headquarters of the United States Department of Defense, located in Arlington, Virginia. Constructed during World War II and completed in 1943, it was built to consolidate the nation’s military offices into a single, efficient structure. It remains one of the world’s largest office buildings and a globally recognized symbol of the U.S. military.

President Barack Obama

Islamic State (IS)

The Islamic State (IS), also known as ISIS or ISIL, is a militant extremist group and not a recognized place or cultural site. It emerged in the early 21st century, gaining global notoriety around 2014 for seizing territory in Iraq and Syria and imposing a violent interpretation of Islamic law, while destroying numerous historical cultural heritage sites. Its territorial control has been largely dismantled, but it remains active as a diffuse insurgent and terrorist network.

Russian submarine Kursk

The Russian submarine *Kursk* (K-141) was an Oscar II-class nuclear-powered cruise missile submarine that tragically sank in the Barents Sea on August 12, 2000, during a naval exercise, killing all 118 crew members. The disaster, caused by an internal torpedo explosion, became a major international incident and highlighted serious issues within the post-Soviet Russian Navy. The wreck was later recovered in a complex and costly operation, with the submarine’s remains becoming a symbol of both national tragedy and the dangers of naval service.
