Speaking at the launch ceremony, the Vice Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Tay Tuu Ward People’s Committee emphasized that digital transformation is not merely about applying information technology but also involves changing mindsets, work methods, and interactions across all sectors. It means building a transparent and efficient digital government to better serve citizens and businesses, developing a digital economy to create new opportunities and increase income, and forming a digital society where everyone can access and benefit from technological advancements.
According to the Chairman, the ward will focus on equipping residents with basic digital knowledge and skills, especially for those with limited access to technology, such as the elderly. Simultaneously, the ward aims to bridge the digital divide, ensuring no one is left behind in the digital transformation process. It encourages the application of digital technology in daily activities, such as using online public services, e-commerce, cashless payments, and accessing official information online.
Tay Tuu Ward strives for each unit to implement a model, each residential group to demonstrate a strength in digital transformation, and to maximize the role of nearly 200 members from 27 community digital transformation groups and the Technology Support and Administrative Procedures Resolution Team. Each member must act as a core supporter, assisting residents anytime, anywhere.

As part of the program, various activities took place, including the launch of the “Digital Literacy for All” movement, the introduction of community digital transformation groups, training on the binhdanhocvuso.gov.vn platform and VNeID app, and workshops on essential public services and artificial intelligence tools.
