On December 19, Thang Long Property Company Limited held the groundbreaking ceremony for the Hanoi Times Square Complex project, specifically for the construction of a Secondary School and Kindergarten. This is one of 234 major projects and constructions across the country that commenced construction, were inaugurated, or had their technical roads opened today.

The Hanoi Times Square Complex is located at the intersection of major transportation arteries, including Pham Hung Street, Thang Long Boulevard, Tran Duy Hung Street, and Khuat Duy Tien Street. Notably, the project is situated opposite the National Convention Center, a venue for national and international-scale conferences and events.

This location holds value for both transportation connectivity and economic development, while also reflecting the project’s role in the overall planning and long-term development vision of the capital city of Hanoi.

The project aims to create a comfortable and humane living environment, meeting the growing needs of residents, businesses, and the community of international experts and entrepreneurs in Hanoi.

In particular, the Secondary School and Kindergarten facility within the Hanoi Times Square Complex is expected to become a modern, high-quality, safe, humane, dynamic, and inspiring educational environment, helping to stimulate creative thinking and integration capabilities for students.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, it was emphasized that the project is invested in and built with the orientation of becoming a high-end multifunctional complex, fully integrating commercial, office, hotel, residential, and educational functions along with a synchronized, modern system of amenities.

There are high expectations that the Hanoi Times Square Complex Project will accelerate the process of developing a modern, civilized, and sustainable capital city, contributing to promoting socio-economic development, creating jobs, contributing to the state budget, and affirming the image of a modern, integrated Hanoi that remains rich in identity.

Speaking at the ceremony, it was emphasized that the city always identifies the success of businesses as the success of the city itself.

With a spirit of partnership, support, and creating favorable conditions for investors, the city commits to closely coordinating and promptly resolving difficulties and obstacles arising during the implementation process; ensuring the project is carried out in accordance with planning, schedule, and legal regulations; thereby contributing to establishing a modern urban space, elevating the area’s appearance, and contributing to the socio-economic development of the capital.

To ensure the Hanoi Times Square Complex Project is implemented on schedule and with high quality, it was requested that relevant departments, agencies, and Yen Hoa Ward strengthen guidance for the investor, coordinate, and promptly handle difficulties and obstacles during implementation; ensure the project strictly complies with regulations on planning, investment, construction, land, environmental protection, etc.

Regarding the investor, it was requested to focus all resources to quickly complete the investment and construction on schedule, ensure project quality, pay attention to the environment and social welfare, and actively contribute to the socio-economic development of the capital in particular and the country in general.

It was expressed with confidence that, with the efforts of the investor, the active coordination of departments, agencies, and local authorities, along with the support of the people, the Hanoi Times Square Complex Project will soon be completed, put into operation, maximize investment efficiency, contribute to improving the quality of life for residents, and promote the socio-economic development of the capital.

Four projects and constructions are being implemented in different development spaces, but they converge in the aspiration to complete infrastructure, expand growth potential, and create sustainable development momentum for Quang Ngai province in the new period.

Thang Long Boulevard

Thang Long Boulevard is a major modern thoroughfare in Hanoi, Vietnam, named after the ancient Thang Long Citadel, the historic political and cultural heart of the city which served as the capital for over a thousand years. Khuat Duy Tien Street

Khuat Duy Tien Street is a major modern thoroughfare in Hanoi’s rapidly developing Nam Tu Liem district. The street is named in honor of Khuat Duy Tien, a 13th-century military commander and national hero who fought valiantly against the Yuan-Mongol invasions of Vietnam.
