Taibah University in Medina has announced the launch of the University Entrepreneurship Camps program, in cooperation with the General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises “Monsha’at”. The program aims to enable recent graduates and students to develop their creative ideas and transform them into feasible entrepreneurial projects.
The program embodies the university’s direction towards supporting innovation and entrepreneurship culture. It includes foundational workshops, advanced training camps, and mentoring sessions that help refine participants’ skills. It also features motivational meetings and specialized lectures delivered by a selection of experts in the fields of innovation and entrepreneurship.
Entrepreneurship Camps
The program is scheduled to begin with an introductory meeting on August 31, followed by project preparation workshops on September 1, and an intensive training camp from September 7 to 11. It will conclude with a project presentation day on October 2, 2025, where the most prominent entrepreneurial ideas will be showcased before a specialized judging committee to select the best projects and award them valuable financial prizes.
The program is a qualitative step that reflects the university’s keenness to enhance the entrepreneurship environment in the region and support the rising generation of innovators capable of contributing to achieving the goals of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.

Monsha’at
Monsha’at is the common name for the Saudi Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority, a government institution established in 2016. Its primary purpose is to support and develop the small and medium enterprise (SME) sector in Saudi Arabia as part of the nation’s Vision 2030 economic diversification plan. It is not a historical or cultural site, but a modern government body crucial to the kingdom’s contemporary economic strategy.
