The current employer submits a request to transfer services from one individual to another through the Musaned platform.
The worker’s and new employer’s data are entered.
Then the request is sent to the worker to obtain approval for the service transfer request.
After that, the request is sent to the new employer for approval and payment of transfer fees.
The Musaned platform also specified the details and steps for reporting a worker’s absence through its official account on the X platform.
The Musaned platform explained that a report of a worker’s absence from work can be submitted through the platform to ensure rights are preserved and approved legal procedures are taken through the following steps:

- Select the workers
- Select the worker for whom you want to file an absence report
- Click on other actions
- Choose report work absence
- A confirmation message will appear to file the absence report for the domestic worker
