About: Two Holy Mosques

The Two Holy Mosques refer to the Masjid al-Haram in Mecca and the Masjid an-Nabawi in Medina, which are the two most sacred places in Islam. The Masjid al-Haram, home to the Kaaba, is the destination of the annual Hajj pilgrimage and the point toward which Muslims pray, while the Masjid an-Nabawi contains the tomb of the Prophet Muhammad and was originally built by him. Both mosques hold immense religious significance and have undergone extensive expansions and renovations throughout history to accommodate the increasing number of pilgrims.

About: Holy Quran

The term “Holy Quran” refers to the central religious text of Islam, which Muslims believe to be a revelation from God. It is widely regarded as the finest work in classical Arabic literature. The Quran is divided into chapters, which are then split into verses. It was orally revealed by God to the Prophet Muhammad over a period of approximately 23 years, beginning in 610 CE, when Muhammad was 40, and concluding in 632 CE, the year of his death.

About: Holy House of God

The “Holy House of God” refers to the Kaaba, a small, cube-shaped building located in the center of the Grand Mosque in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. It is considered the most sacred site in Islam. Muslims believe that the Kaaba was originally built by Abraham and his son Ishmael, and it is the direction towards which all Muslims pray. Each year, millions of Muslims perform the Hajj pilgrimage to this site, as it is one of the five pillars of Islam.
