The property of former deputy head of Rostekhnadzor Dmitry Frolov has been transferred to state revenue. This was announced by the Russian Prosecutor General’s Office.

“Today, the Nagatinsky District Court fully granted the prosecutor’s claim to transfer the property of Rostekhnadzor deputy head Dmitry Frolov and other individuals to Russian state revenue. The total claim amount exceeds 1.6 billion rubles,” the publication states.

According to the agency, between 2012 and 2023, Frolov acquired and registered in the names of close relatives and other individuals more than 40 premium real estate properties and seven vehicles totaling over 500 million rubles using unverified income.

Additionally, it was noted that he purchased more than 40 types of securities, including those from foreign issuers, worth at least 800 million rubles.

Previously, on November 26, the Frunzensky District Court of Ivanovo granted the prosecutor’s claim to recover property and funds from former head of the regional solid municipal waste management operator Vladimir Yarchenkov amounting to 5.65 billion rubles. According to the prosecutor’s office, his total income over several years was about 2.6 billion rubles, while his property and company shares were valued at 3 billion rubles.
