The corresponding law came into force on September 1.
According to the document, published on the official legal information internet portal, owners of dacha plots and houses engaged in gardening and horticulture can no longer divide residential and garden houses among owners. Furthermore, they cannot sell structures separately from the land plot.
Additionally, it is prohibited to create garden plots in areas where gardening or horticulture for personal needs is not permitted. This includes agricultural land that is farmland, as well as lands within settlements in territorial zones where gardening and horticulture for personal needs are not allowed.
The document clarifies the concepts of “garden land plot,” “outbuildings,” “common-use property,” “contributions,” and introduces clearer distinctions in the regulation of “collective” and “individual” gardening and horticulture.
