Krasnodar The main national educational award, the Znaniye.Premiya, has announced the composition of its Expert Council. It includes representatives from all regions of Russia. They will form a federal shortlist in 15 categories and also select the best educator and educational project in each region of the Russian Federation.

The Znaniye.Premiya Expert Council includes four representatives from the Krasnodar Krai. Among them are a member of the State Duma Committee on Information Policy, Information Technologies and Communication, a deputy chairman of the Federation Council Committee on Economic Policy, a deputy head for educational activities at the All-Russian Children’s Center “Smena,” and an associate professor in the Department of Political Science and Political Management at the Kuban State University.

— To select the best candidates from all regions of Russia, we have developed an objective evaluation system: each application is reviewed by five experts. Only one of them is from the same region as the applicant. This will eliminate any bias and ensure an exchange of experience between different parts of the country, — said a deputy general director of the Russian “Znaniye” Society.

The Expert Council includes representatives from the fields of culture, science and education, economics, and industry.
