Sotetsu Group announced on the 15th that two facilities developed along the Sotetsu Railway line – “WELL-BEING TOWN Yume-ga-Oka” (in Izumi Ward, Yokohama City) and “Hoshiten Clay” (in Hodogaya Ward, Yokohama City) – have received the 2025 Good Design Award (organized by the Japan Institute of Design Promotion). Their contribution to enhancing regional value was recognized.

The two facilities were developed by five group companies. Sotetsu Real Estate received the award for the third consecutive year, while Sotetsu Building Management and Sotetsu Holdings received it for the second consecutive year.
