Around 6:05 AM on the 20th, a fishing boat captain made an emergency call reporting “discovery of a drifting body” in the waters near Yokohama Hakkeijima Sea Paradise in Kanazawa Ward, Yokohama. The body is male, and the Yokohama Coast Guard Office is investigating the identity.

According to the Coast Guard Office, the man is estimated to be in his 50s to 60s, approximately 155 cm tall. He was wearing a black short-sleeved shirt and khaki long pants, and was carrying a black handheld light and a gold wristwatch.
