The Samsat Development Team within the legal jurisdiction of the Metro Jaya Regional Police held a coordination meeting to evaluate the implementation of service programs for 2025 and to draft and agree upon the plan for next year’s service enhancement program.
The meeting, held in the Samsat Cikokol hall on Thursday, November 27, 2025, was attended by key elements of the Samsat unit, namely the Banten Regional Revenue Agency, Jasa Raharja, the Metro Jaya Regional Police, Bank Banten, and Samsat Cikokol.
It was explained that regular coordination meetings are held as an effort to ensure the improvement of service quality to the public in Samsat matters.
“We regularly evaluate technical aspects of public service at Samsat units in the Metro Jaya Regional Police area. We discuss what has been done and what will be done in the future,” a representative stated.
It was emphasized that Samsat is an integrated service involving three main elements: the police, Jasa Raharja, and the Regional Revenue Agency. Therefore, synergy is an important foundation for service refinement.
“Digitally-based matters were also an important point in this discussion. We jointly discussed payment methods and the Samsat service system,” the representative added.
Furthermore, it was conveyed that the agreements reached in the meeting would be promptly followed up to accelerate the resolution of various technical needs related to services, especially motor vehicle tax.
“All agreements will be immediately acted upon to improve public services in the future,” it was affirmed.
Meanwhile, the institutional commitment to support joint programs for the convenience of taxpayers was also emphasized.
“We are committed to supporting all programs of the Banten Regional Revenue Agency in order to improve services for taxpayers,” a representative said.
The Samsat service enhancement program for the coming year is planned to include the optimization of the digital system, an increase in non-cash transactions, and the expansion of access to motor vehicle tax payments.
