TANGERANG – The registration form for candidates for the Chair of the Indonesian National Sports Committee (KONI) of Tangerang City for the term is open from February 1 to February 5, 2023.
The requirements for candidates for the General Chair of KONI Tangerang City are as follows:
1. Obtain written recommendation/support or be proposed by at least 20 members of KONI Tangerang City, with the provision that each member may only recommend one candidate. The support letter must be signed by the general chair, affixed with a stamp duty and a wet stamp.
2. Candidates for the General Chair of KONI Tangerang City for the term must have experience as a sports branch administrator or KONI administrator for one legalized term of management.
3. Candidates for the General Chair of KONI Tangerang City must reside/domicile in Tangerang City.
4. Obtain written permission from the authorized superior for civil servants and/or TNI/Polri members.
5. Create and submit a statement letter.
6. Sign and submit an integrity pact.
7. Submit the registration form file along with supporting documents.
The Secretary of the Candidate Screening and Selection Team (TPP) for the Chair of KONI Tangerang City, Arsani Maidi, stated that the stages include the announcement on January 26, 2023.
“So there are stages. Yesterday, the announcement stage was on January 26, 2023. For form collection, it starts from February 1 to February 5,” said Arsani.
Arsani added that the TPP was formed during the Working Meeting (Raker) of KONI Tangerang City in December 2022.
“The TPP was formed during the working meeting in December,” he said.
According to Arsani, the term of the current Chair of KONI Tangerang City actually ends in 2023. However, the formation of the TPP itself was based on a proposal from the Chair of KONI Tangerang City, Hadi Rusman, and was then agreed upon by all members.
“Mr. Hadi’s term was supposed to end in December 2023. However, at his request, the city conference was accelerated to early 2023, and he conveyed this during the working meeting. It was then accepted by the members of KONI Tangerang City,” he explained.
