The home of Indonesian House of Representatives member Ahmad Sahroni from the Nasdem Party in Tanjung Priok, North Jakarta, was vandalized and looted by a crowd on Saturday, August 30, 2025.

This action was a result of Ahmad Sahroni’s statement calling people who want to dissolve the House of Representatives “the stupidest people in the world.”

Additionally, the man commonly known as Crazy Rich Tanjung Priok was reported to have fled to Singapore when the crowd protested at the Indonesian House of Representatives, leading to chaos.

Based on videos circulating on social media, hundreds of residents were seen surrounding Ahmad Sahroni’s luxurious home located on Jalan Swasmbada Timur, Kebon Bawang Village, Tanjung Priok.

The unguarded house was easily entered by residents. They threw objects at windows, damaging luxury cars and items inside the home.

Not only that, the crowd also looted several items such as televisions, shoes, and display statues. The interior of the house appeared completely ransacked.

As of this report, there has been no action from police authorities to secure the location.
