Airtel Down: Users are once again facing trouble due to Airtel’s service. People are experiencing difficulties using Airtel’s SMS, calling, and data services. This comes just a week after Airtel’s service was disrupted in Delhi NCR. Users had to deal with that problem for over an hour and a half, after which the company apologized to users. Now users are facing this trouble again.

Areas most affected by the problem
It is being reported that Airtel users, particularly in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kolkata, and Chennai, are experiencing service issues. Airtel users have started reporting the service problems on Downdetector. The issues with Airtel’s service started at 12:11 PM. Subsequently, over 7,019 users have reported problems with the service one after another.

Airtel apologizes
According to the report, most Airtel users in Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Kolkata have been affected by the service issues. Users have also expressed their frustration on the social media platform X regarding the problems with Airtel’s service. On the other hand, Airtel Care has also confirmed that there is some issue with the service. The company has apologized by replying to users’ posts on X.

Reason provided by Airtel Care
Airtel Care says that users are facing connectivity issues due to some technical glitch. The telecom company says its team is trying its best to fix the problem as soon as possible. It will be resolved within an hour.

What you can do
If you are also facing issues with calling and SMS on your Airtel network, you can turn on airplane mode on your device for a few minutes. Then, turn it off after a short while. Doing this will refresh your phone’s network and the connectivity issue should be resolved.
