Hyderabad: The Mahesh Convention, equipped with modern amenities and built by the Maheshwari Bhavan Charitable Trust, Secunderabad, was formally inaugurated. A large number of community members were present on the occasion.

Before the inauguration of Mahesh Convention, after prayers at the Tadban Hanuman Temple, a grand kalash procession was taken out with music, in which women participated wearing traditional attire. The procession started from the temple premises and concluded upon reaching the Mahesh Convention Center. Subsequently, the building was inaugurated with grandeur by Ashok Asha Chandak. The trust’s chairman, Gopal Lal Bang, and Sumitra Bang made the first entry.

On the occasion, the reception hall was inaugurated by social worker Mahesh Bhagwati Baldwa. The dining hall was inaugurated by the Ashok Chandak family. The kitchen was inaugurated by Arjun Dev Mukesh Jhanwar. The lift was inaugurated by Govind Prasad Bang and Nathmal Harikishan Bang, and the generator was inaugurated by Kamal Kishore Shubham Bhangdia.

Under the guidance of Pandit Ramakrishna Pandey, after a formal havan and puja, an idol of Shiva-Parvati was installed in the temple, and then the inauguration was done by Prabhudayal Jakhotia. The inauguration of the large Shiva idol in the building was done by Anand Kumar Bang. Chairman Gopal Lal Bang expressed gratitude to the collaborators and donors. He stated that the building has two large halls, along with 11 air-conditioned rooms, a lift, a generator, and a temple. This building will prove very useful for the community members.
