Preparation begins to include the new court complex in Magdalla among the best judicial buildings in the country

Surat. A general meeting of the Surat Bar Association was held under the chairmanship, where detailed discussions were conducted regarding the construction and facilities of the proposed new court building in Magdalla.

A large number of lawyers participated in the meeting, and several important suggestions were made to develop a modern, convenient, and environmentally friendly court complex.

During the meeting, it was suggested that lawyers willing to contribute to the new court building project should be included in the “New Court Building Committee.”

It was also stated that a professional architect should be appointed for the project so that one of the best court complexes in the country can be built in Surat. The suggestions were unanimously approved in the meeting.

A lawyer said that to develop a state-of-the-art court building in Surat, new judicial complexes built in various cities across the country should be studied and visited.

It was suggested that by understanding the models of modern court buildings developed in recent years, their better facilities should be incorporated into the Surat project.

Information was provided that the Surat Municipal Corporation (SMC) has started the necessary process regarding the new court building project.

Congratulating the lawyers working to advance this project, it was stated that the new court building to be built in Surat should be completely eco-friendly.

Supporting the suggestion, it was mentioned that visits to the new court complexes in Vadodara and Rajkot are planned to study their modern facilities and structural models.

The lawyers present at the meeting emphasized that the new court complex should not be limited to just building construction, but should be developed as an ideal judicial center equipped with modern facilities for lawyers, judicial officers, and the general public.
