Jammu and Kashmir, February 3. In Kulgam, Jammu and Kashmir, terrorists attacked the family of a retired Lance Naik on Monday. The former soldier died in the attack, while his wife and daughter were injured. A cordon and search operation is underway in the area to capture the attackers.
The incident took place in the Behibagh area of Kulgam in South Kashmir. The terrorists fired at the family of retired Lance Naik Manzoor Ahmad at 2:45 PM. Ahmad, his wife Aaina, and daughter Saina were injured in the firing. They were taken to a hospital in Srinagar.
During treatment, the former soldier died. Treatment for his wife and daughter is ongoing.
