Notice on Retail Prices of Vehicle Gasoline and Diesel in Shanghai

To all district development and reform commissions, Sinopec Shanghai Petroleum Branch, PetroChina Shanghai Marketing Branch, and CNOOC Sales Shanghai Branch:

In accordance with relevant notices from the National Development and Reform Commission, the following matters regarding the prices of vehicle gasoline and diesel in this city are hereby notified:

1. The maximum retail prices for No. 89 gasoline and No. 0 diesel are set at 8,765 yuan per ton and 7,755 yuan per ton, respectively. For detailed maximum retail prices of all gasoline and diesel grades, please refer to the appendix.

Retail fuel enterprises may independently set specific retail prices, provided they do not exceed the maximum retail prices.

2. The pricing methods for the maximum supply prices and maximum wholesale prices of gasoline and diesel shall continue to be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of Document No. 019 (2008) issued by the Municipal Development and Reform Commission.

3. The adjusted prices mentioned above will take effect from 24:00 on October 13, 2025.
