Airbus has officially launched a five-day China tour of the A330neo aircraft in Shanghai, marking the first time this aircraft model has been displayed in China.

The Airbus A330-900 aircraft will be displayed at Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport, Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport, Shenzhen Bao’an International Airport, Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport, and Beijing Capital International Airport from November 11 to 15. During the ferry flight from Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport to Beijing Capital International Airport, the aircraft will be fueled with 30% blended sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) using the Mass Balance method.

The Airbus Global Executive Vice President and Airbus China CEO stated: “We hope that through this A330neo China tour, more Chinese customers will see the new changes and features of this versatile A330 model. I firmly believe that the A330neo will become the optimal successor to the A330ceo, supporting the fleet renewal and expansion of Chinese airlines.”

The Airbus A330neo is equipped with the “Airspace” cabin, providing passengers with more personal space, larger overhead luggage compartments, a new lighting system, and updated in-flight entertainment and connectivity systems.
