Medan. PT Bank Mestika Dharma Tbk (Bank Mestika) recorded a net profit of Rp 319.98 billion for the 2025 financial year. This profit performance weakened slightly compared to 2024, which reached Rp 403.39 billion.

This was disclosed during the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS), Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS), and Public Expose of PT Bank Mestika Dharma (Tbk), on Tuesday (9/6/2026), at City Hotel Medan.

It was explained that amidst a challenging business environment, including banking, the issuer headquartered in Medan was able to record credit growth, an increase in third-party funds (DPK), and strengthened capital.

Bank Mestika’s total assets at the end of 2025 reached Rp 16.67 trillion, an increase compared to 2024 which was Rp 16.58 trillion.

From the intermediation function side, total disbursed credit grew from Rp 10.83 trillion in 2024 to Rp 11.23 trillion in 2025, or grew by around 3.65%.

Meanwhile, collected third-party funds (DPK) increased from Rp 10.29 trillion in 2024 to Rp 10.99 trillion.

Then, the company’s equity increased slightly to Rp 5.45 trillion from Rp 5.09 trillion in 2024. The Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) also remained strongly maintained at 46.49%, an increase from the previous year of around 44.93%.

Several profitability indicators were also revealed. These include Return on Assets (ROA) recorded at 2.49% and Return on Equity (ROE) at 6.10%. Meanwhile, the gross Non-Performing Loan (NPL) ratio was at 1.56% and net NPL was 0.81%.

Bank Mestika is currently supported by an operational network consisting of a main operational office, 14 branch offices, 39 sub-branch offices, 13 cash service sub-branch offices and 54 Cash Recycling Machines (CRMs) connected to the ATM Bersama network.

In 2025, the company opened one branch office unit in Semarang City.

The opening of the Semarang Branch Office was done after observing the potential for economic and investment movements that continue to grow and develop in Central Java Province.

“Semarang has a port that strongly supports export activities. Additionally, the regional minimum wage in that area is relatively more competitive compared to other regions, so many companies, including investors from China, are opening production facilities and operational centers in Central Java,” it was stated.

The influx of manufacturing and processing industry investments in Central Java was the main consideration for the company’s board of directors to open a new branch. Besides looking at economic potential, Bank Mestika also follows the needs of existing customers who are expanding their businesses to the Semarang area and its surroundings.

“We see that economic growth in Semarang is quite attractive compared to several other regions. That is what encouraged us to decide to enter there.”

It was emphasized that Bank Mestika does not yet have plans to aggressively expand its office network. The company will be more selective in opening new branches by considering national economic conditions and the effectiveness of increasingly developing digital services.

“We will see future developments. Currently, we are not too aggressive in opening branches because we already have the digital banking platform Mind by Bank Mestika, which allows for increased services and customer numbers without having to open many.”
