Accordingly, the Da Nang City People’s Committee has issued Decision No. 2335/QD-UBND approving the exploitation plan for 439 facilities. Specifically: transferring 6 land and property facilities to units and localities for management; transferring 5 land and property facilities to the Da Nang Center for Housing Management and Exploitation; converting the function of 14 land and property facilities for healthcare, education, cultural institutions, etc., for other purposes.

The remaining 414 land and property facilities are scheduled for maintaining their current state, with further study of planning and actual needs to carry out functional conversion to ensure the highest efficiency of use.

The management and exploitation of 439 land and property facilities assigned to the management center ensures centralized, unified, strict, and efficient principles, reducing the situation of vacancy, degradation, loss, waste, encroachment, and improper use.

The Da Nang City Land Fund Development Center continues to review and update to proceed with the transfer to agencies, units, and localities with usage needs, and to carry out functional conversion. The center implements short-term leasing during the period when no decision has been made, no auction has been organized, no transfer has been carried out, or the facility is not immediately used according to the decision of the competent authority.

This is an important step aimed at optimizing public asset resources after the reorganization of administrative units in the city, avoiding waste of public assets and creating sustainable revenue for the city budget.
