Patna, May 18, 2026. Samrat Chaudhary has taken a strict stance regarding administrative officials, clearly warning that public problems must be resolved within a fixed time limit. He stated that if any complaint or issue is not addressed within 30 days, the concerned official should consider themselves suspended on the 31st day.
Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary made this announcement on Monday while launching the Sahayog Portal and Sahayog Helpline number. The CM said that it has often been observed that people’s files remain stuck in departments. Keeping this in mind, officials and clerks are being instructed to resolve applications related to problems within 30 days. Any officer who fails to do so will be automatically suspended on the 31st day.
Sahayog Portal
