The IM3 customer loyalty program called IMPoin Pesta Hadiah 2025 officially concluded with the grand prize handover to the winner in Bandung on Wednesday, April 22, 2026. This moment marked the end of the national prize distribution series and served as a form of appreciation to loyal customers.
This main prize handover was a continuation of the drawing process held on January 12, 2026, at the Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison headquarters, which was conducted openly. The process involved an independent notary and representatives from relevant agencies to ensure transparency and accountability.
IMPoin Pesta Hadiah 2025 ran from September 1 to December 31, 2025. During this period, IM3 customers—both old and new users, including IM3 Platinum—automatically collected points from every transaction, ranging from purchasing packages to using services.
Accumulated points could be exchanged for various benefits or entered into prize drawings.
This year, IM3 provided a total of 2,025 prizes, ranging from the grand prize of a BYD M6 electric car to electric motorcycles, flagship smartphones, smartwatches, as well as shopping and hotel vouchers.
The prize handovers in various cities, including Bandung, were conducted in person as part of the company’s commitment to maintaining customer trust.
The SVP Head of Circle Jakarta Raya IM3 stated that transparency is a key principle in every program they run.
“Customer trust is our foundation. Therefore, we continue to provide simple services, fast and secure networks, and relevant loyalty programs,” he said.
One of the grand prize winners, Melani, admitted she did not expect to take home the main prize from this program. She mentioned that she regularly uses the Freedom Internet IM3 package and participates in the IMPoin program.
“I really did not expect this. I hope that in the future, more customers can experience benefits like this,” she said.
Through the IMPoin program, IM3 emphasizes that customer loyalty holds significant value in the development of future services. This program is not just a giveaway but part of an ongoing effort to provide real benefits for users.
