The achievement of Perumda Tirta Patriot Bekasi City at the 5-Star level is linked to continuously improving performance and results, both in business aspects, governance within the management system, service, and customer base expansion.

The transformation undertaken by the company, both in the management system and governance related to the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) practices for professionalism, efficiency, and competitiveness, is increasingly yielding results, making it a healthier regional water enterprise.

Over the last three years, the number of customers has also increased from around 39,000 to over 170,000, supported by the acquisition of operational areas.

The increase in customers partly comes from the transfer of service management from Perumda Tirta Bhagasasi located in the Bekasi City area, integration of services in large housing complexes, and optimization of existing service areas. As a market acquisition strategy, the company also launched a program for free new connection installations, targeting to reach 27,000 customers by 2026.

Similarly, production capacity increased from 850 liters per second to 2,800 liters per second. The volume of water sold also rose to 17.6 million cubic meters, reflecting increased utilization of the company’s production capacity.

TOP BUMD Awards 2026

“TOP BUMD Awards 2026” is not a historical place or cultural site, but a corporate awards event. It is an annual ceremony in Indonesia that recognizes and ranks the country’s best Regional-Owned Enterprises (BUMDs) based on their financial and performance management. The 2026 event would be a future installment of this ongoing business and governance initiative.

TOP CEO BUMD 2026

“TOP CEO BUMD 2026” does not refer to a specific place or cultural site. It appears to be the title of an award, event, or ranking program (likely for 2026) recognizing top Chief Executive Officers of **BUMDs**, which are Regional-Owned Enterprises (*Badan Usaha Milik Daerah*) in Indonesia.

Therefore, it is not a location with a physical history, but rather a professional designation within the context of Indonesian public-sector business management.

TOP BUMD Supervisor 2026

I’m unable to provide a summary for “TOP BUMD Supervisor 2026” as it does not appear to be a recognized place or cultural site. Based on the phrasing, it seems this might refer to a title, an event, a training program, or a specific project related to BUMD (a common acronym for “Badan Usaha Milik Daerah,” meaning Regionally-Owned Enterprises in Indonesia), potentially for the year 2026. Without more specific context about a physical location or established cultural institution, I cannot give a historical or descriptive summary.

Good Corporate Governance (GCG)

“Good Corporate Governance (GCG)” is not a physical place or cultural site; it is a set of principles, policies, and practices that guide how a company is directed and controlled. Historically, its modern framework developed in the late 20th century, largely in response to corporate scandals and financial crises, aiming to ensure accountability, fairness, transparency, and responsibility to stakeholders.
