The commercial project, approved by the Secretariat, is located on Abdullah bin Abdulrahman bin Hujairah Street in the Al-Ghabah district, covering an area exceeding 56.9 thousand square meters. The project aims to attract investors, increase competitiveness, and meet consumer needs. The hotel project is located on Qais bin Saad Al-Makki Road in the Al-Anabis district, covering an area of 724 square meters. This project aims to boost tourism, stimulate investment, and develop infrastructure. On the other hand, the investment opportunities presented by the Secretariat include an opportunity to establish, operate, and maintain a walkway and park on Mahmoud bin Mohammed Al-Juaini Road in the Ain Al-Kheif district, covering an area exceeding 21.8 thousand square meters. Details indicate the contract duration is 25 years, with a grace period of 30 months, and the bid opening date is set for November 18. The area for the opportunity to establish, operate, and maintain a multi-use building at the intersection of Omar bin Al-Khattab Road (ascending) with Al-Madarāt Road in the Jamma Umm Khalid district exceeds 47.1 thousand square meters. The building includes healthcare facilities and support services. The contract duration for this investment opportunity is 50 years, with a grace period of 30 months, and the bid opening date is set for November 18. It is noted that the Secretariat of the Madinah Region and the municipalities of the region’s governorates present a number of investment opportunities in various commercial, industrial, agricultural, educational, environmental, public service, and other fields through their various channels.
