The Medina Region Municipality has revealed the service statistics of its Customer Service Center for November 2025, as part of its ongoing efforts to develop municipal services, increase beneficiary satisfaction, and enhance the efficiency of communication channels with the community. The statistics showed that the center served 1,249 beneficiaries at the main branch and 781 beneficiaries at the Aliyah Mall branch, reflecting the diversity and accessibility of service points. It was noted that 868 beneficiaries used digital communication services, while the number of beneficiaries using the unified call service reached 295, highlighting the growing reliance on digital and phone channels to complete municipal transactions quickly and efficiently. This falls within the Municipality’s direction to develop the beneficiary experience, expand the scope of digital services, and improve response speed and performance quality, contributing to facilitating procedures, increasing work efficiency, and achieving integration between in-person and digital channels. The Municipality continues to enhance its customer service system and update its tools, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 to improve the quality of government services, raise the level of beneficiary satisfaction, and support digital transformation in the municipal sector.
