Around 10:20 PM on the 18th, the fire department reported to Hokkaido Police that there was a person bleeding from the abdomen on a road in Miyanosato 7-6, Toyohira Ward, Sapporo. According to the Sapporo Toyohira Police Station, a young man was stabbed in the left abdomen and other areas with what appeared to be a bladed weapon.
