On October 17, the “Choose Nan’an in the Mountain City, Meet Business Opportunities, Guide the Future” Chongqing Nan’an District 2025 Autumn Graduates Special Recruitment Fair at Chongqing Technology and Business University was successfully held. The event simultaneously conducted career guidance sessions, one-stop entrepreneurship services, and on-site recruitment, building a precise bridge for employment and entrepreneurship for the 2026 graduating class and effectively promoting more sufficient and higher-quality employment for graduates.
At the recruitment fair, a total of 50 high-quality employers from various fields provided 1,000 job positions. Meanwhile, comprehensive service areas, policy consultation zones, and medical support areas were set up on-site to provide consultation guidance and policy explanations for students and enterprises. The event attracted over 600 graduates, with approximately 130 reaching employment intentions on-site, and employment and entrepreneurship consultations covering more than 200 participants.
During the policy promotion activities for the “Yu Zhi Pin” platform and the “One Thing, One Visit” policy for college student innovation and entrepreneurship, organizers used concise video presentations to explain employment and entrepreneurship procedures and policy support content to attending students, helping them quickly understand how to access employment and entrepreneurship services and genuinely experience the convenience and security brought by these policies.

During the career guidance session, professional career counselors were specially invited to focus on core topics such as career planning, resume optimization, interview skills, and employment policy interpretation. Using actual job-seeking cases, they analyzed common problems and guided students to clarify their employment direction and address skill gaps. For example, they advised students to value practical experience, precisely identify their career direction, understand job position information, and create targeted resumes.
During the one-stop entrepreneurship service activities, a full-process service cycle of “browse-ask-learn-connect” provided students with entrepreneurial intentions new ideas for cross-industry cooperation and resource connection opportunities.
Well-known enterprises such as Tongyi set up exhibition booths on-site, offering students with entrepreneurial intentions new perspectives for cross-industry cooperation and resource matching opportunities. The Chongqing Technology and Business University New Youth Entrepreneurship Practice Association also made an appearance, systematically promoting the university’s innovation and entrepreneurship system to further stimulate students’ innovative spirit and entrepreneurial awareness.
