A man attacked a 17-year-old girl on the morning of October 17 on Hero Yatskov Street in the regional capital. The teenager’s mother spoke about the incident on social media.

Investigative authorities for Russia’s Krasnodar Krai are conducting an inspection regarding the attack. The Chairman of the Investigative Committee has ordered the initiation of a criminal case and requested a report on the established circumstances.

A man approached the 17-year-old girl from behind, pulling her in the opposite direction. During this time, the attacker repeated that he had a knife and told her not to struggle. When he dragged the girl to the corner of a building, she managed to break free.

The moment of the attack on the girl was captured. The footage shows several people passing near the man and the girl, but no one paid attention to what was happening.
