The new school on Shturvalnaya Street is one of the largest in Krasnodar. It has a capacity for 1,875 students. This year, the branch welcomed 13 first-grade classes.
The new school provides conditions not only for studying standard subjects but also for robotics, 3D modeling, sports, and creative activities.
The ceremonial assembly was attended by the Governor of Krasnodar Krai.
“I am confident that everyone will find an activity they enjoy and will attend lessons with pleasure. We strive to create such conditions in every district of the krai. Over the past 10 years, we have built 105 schools across the region, both in large cities and small stanitsas. This includes 12 schools that we are opening this year,” he said.
The head of Kuban emphasized that the work will continue.
“It is important to us that our children achieve success—the future of the krai and the country depends on them. To do this, they need to work hard, study well, and not be lazy. And we, along with teachers and parents, will always help. May their studies be interesting and exciting,” he wrote.
The ceremonial assembly was also attended by the Vice-Governor, the Minister of Education and Science of the region, the Mayor of Krasnodar, the school principal, parents of students, and participants of the Special Military Operation, according to the Krasnodar Krai Administration Press Service.
