To enhance support for citizens and businesses in accessing and effectively using online public services and digital platforms, aiming for digital literacy, the Tay Tuu Ward People’s Committee has established 6 mobile digital literacy points in residential areas.

From October 18 to October 30, at these 6 mobile digital literacy points (located at the Cultural Houses of Residential Groups Thuong 2, Trung 6, Ha 9, Nguyen Xa 2, Phuc Ly 2, and Ngoa Long 2), residents will receive free support and guidance on declaring and submitting administrative procedure documents through the National Public Service Portal; instructions on installing and using VNeID, iHanoi, Etax mobile, VssID, and the digital literacy platform.

This is also an opportunity to普及 basic digital knowledge and skills to residents, especially the elderly and those with limited access to technology, ensuring no one is “left behind” in the digital transformation process; “transforming” the use of online public services and digital tools into essential daily life skills for citizens.
