On August 31 and the morning of September 1, suburban communes and wards urgently distributed the government’s gift money to the people on the occasion of the September 2 National Day.

Residents in various localities were very excited, happy, and moved to receive gifts during the Independence Festival. * In Bát Tràng Commune, the total amount of gift money distributed to the people was over 4.746 billion VND. The payment was made per household, with the household head being the recipient. When the household head goes to receive the gift, they must bring their citizen identification card or a phone with the VNeID app installed; if another family member represents the household to receive the gift, they must prove their relationship with the household head. If they cannot prove it, they will receive the gift later.

For those who, for various reasons, could not receive the money during this period, the commune People’s Committee continues to review and implement payments according to government regulations.

At distribution points in the villages, from the early morning of September 1, a large number of people were present to receive the gift money. The organization was arranged reasonably, with specific guidance and分流; police forces and commune officials coordinated closely, assisting people with quick and safe procedures.

An 85-year-old resident from Lê Xá Village shared: “This is the first time receiving a gift right on the September 2 National Day, so my family members are very excited. The amount is not large, but everyone is happy because of the care from the Party and the State, showing that the country is increasingly prosperous and the people are happy.”

The Chairman of Bát Tràng Commune People’s Committee stated that the commune had directed the villages to urgently implement, ensuring all residents in the commune receive gifts before September 2.

* In Phúc Thọ Commune, starting from the afternoon of August 31, simultaneously at the cultural houses of the villages, the commune People’s Committee urgently distributed the government’s gift money to households in the commune.
