On August 11, the People’s Committee of Hong Van Commune launched the “45-Day Digital Transformation Support Campaign” and the “Mass Digital Literacy Movement.”

The campaign aims to enhance the capabilities of local officials, ensuring that 100% of Hong Van Commune’s staff acquire basic digital knowledge and skills while becoming proficient in using digital platforms and information systems for local governance.

It also focuses on supporting organizations and individuals, especially the elderly, people with disabilities, low-income households, and other vulnerable groups, in effectively accessing and utilizing online public services. The initiative will deploy integrated digital platforms, artificial intelligence (AI) applications, and fully electronic administrative procedures within the commune’s information system.
