On October 15, the People’s Committee of Dan Phuong commune organized a conference to implement the plan for recruiting and calling citizens for military service and performing the obligation to join the People’s Public Security in 2026.

At the conference, delegates listened to the Dan Phuong Commune Military Command present the Commune Party Committee’s Resolution on leading the work of recruiting and calling citizens for military service and performing the obligation to join the People’s Public Security in 2026; the plan for recruiting and calling citizens for military service and performing the obligation to join the People’s Public Security in 2026; and the report on the results of reviewing and re-examining male citizens of military age for 2026.

According to the plan, the work of reviewing, re-examining, recruiting, and calling citizens for military service and performing the obligation to join the People’s Public Security in 2026 in villages and residential groups must be completed before October 5, 2025; preliminary selection must be organized and completed before November 8, 2025; military service health examinations will be organized from November 16 to December 31, 2025; and dossier verification must be completed before January 25, 2026.

The Dan Phuong Commune Military Service Council will finalize troop numbers with receiving units before January 30, 2026; and issue orders for citizens to join the military before February 16, 2025. The 2026 troop handover ceremony is expected to be held on March 4, 2025.

Speaking at the conference, the Vice Chairman of the Dan Phuong Commune People’s Committee – Vice Chairman of the Commune Military Service Council emphasized that the work of recruiting and calling citizens for military service and performing the obligation to join the People’s Public Security is an important political task, requiring close and synchronous coordination between departments, agencies, sectors, mass organizations, and villages and residential groups in the commune.

The Vice Chairman of the Dan Phuong Commune People’s Committee assigned the Commune Military Command, as the Standing Agency of the Military Service Council, to take the lead and closely coordinate with agencies, departments, sectors, mass organizations, villages, and residential groups to effectively carry out the work of propagating and disseminating laws on military service obligations and the obligation to join the People’s Public Security. Thereby, raising the awareness of the people, especially young people of eligible age, about their responsibilities and obligations to the Fatherland.

The Commune Military Command will coordinate with the Medical Station, Commune Police, sectors, mass organizations, villages, and residential groups to organize preliminary health screenings seriously, strictly, in accordance with regulations, ensuring fairness and objectivity… “We believe that with the involvement of the entire political system of Dan Phuong commune, the 2026 recruitment task will be successfully completed in both quantity and quality,” expressed the Vice Chairman of the Dan Phuong Commune People’s Committee.

On the morning of October 12, at the multi-purpose gymnasium of the Dan Phuong Commune Culture, Information, and Sports Center, the Standing Board of the Commune Fatherland Front Committee organized the 2025 Culture and Sports Festival for the Fatherland Front bloc and socio-political organizations.

Along with the commune-level program, all 26/26 villages and residential groups in Dan Phuong commune simultaneously organized “Mid-Autumn Festival Nights” at the grassroots level, bringing a bustling and warm Mid-Autumn atmosphere to all children and people.

On the afternoon of October 3, the Dan Phuong Commune Fatherland Front Committee organized a conference to launch the action month and kick off the 2025 Peak Month “For the Poor”. Attending the conference were the Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Dan Phuong Commune People’s Council and the Standing Board of the Commune Party Committee.
