The Riyadh Region Municipality achieved a new international accomplishment by winning two gold awards in the categories of “Best Contact Center” and “Best Use of Social Media Platforms in Contact Centers” within the international Contact Center World competition.
The award is one of the most prominent global awards specializing in contact centers and beneficiary experience. It was launched in 1999 and includes more than 200 countries worldwide, offering research, conferences, awards, and networking opportunities.
With this win, the Riyadh Region Municipality qualified for the final stage of the global competition, scheduled to be held next November, bringing together the winners of gold centers to compete at the global level.
This achievement reflects the level of development in the communication and beneficiary service system within the municipality, through enhancing integration between traditional and digital communication channels, employing modern technologies to improve service quality and response speed, and increasing beneficiary satisfaction.
